The food product & safety module equips student’s with the ability to follow and understand hygiene and food product safety procedures while working in a food or beverage related establishment.

Graduates of this qualification will be able to:

• Comply with code of conduct relevant to their own workplace. 
• Be familiar with hygiene and product safety procedures.
