De-clump, cull and grade oysters (tio) from an oyster farm
People credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate knowledge of the features, habitat, and geographical locations of oyster species found in New Zealand, the anatomical features of an oyster, the feeding, reproduction and life cycle of the oyster species, the factors that impact on the growth of the oyster species, and abnormal features and/or behaviours that could indicate potential oyster health issues.
